Access to backup configuration

To access the configuration, you need to go to “Apps“ and find the “BackupManager“ section:

Here we are going to found our credentials

Visit https://quabusolutions.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/BM/pages/4605247492 to create new credentials

 

Configure time

Click on “Configure time“ button and a page will be displayed where we can select the hour and the days when the backup will run:

 

Things to keep in mind:

  • Try to configure the time when Jira is in low charge.

  • If attachments is selected, the backup is limited to 48h each.

  • Use the Jira time displayed above to configure the hour.

  • Jira will choose in which minute of the hour selected will run, so not always will be at the same

If backup runs successful, a text will appear to download the backup:

 

But if it fails will appear this error indicating that we need to change the frequency:
